ABOUT ME
Isabel Kourov is a Costume Designer and Specialty Costume Maker with more than 20 years of experience, bringing versatility, technical knowledge, and a passion for storytelling to film and television.
Film, music, art, travel, and photography all play a part in her creative process. Traveling broadens her ability to experience different cultures, while capturing moments and observing individual style continually informs her work.
She's particularly drawn to contemporary and character-driven stories, as well as horror, science fiction, thrillers, dark comedies, and the supernatural. She loves building characters and worlds that feel authentic, visually distinctive, and rooted in story, while allowing room for imagination, unexpected details, and a little darkness.
